Preparation
Add 3 cups cold skim milk to mixing bowl. Add mix. Blend at low speed for 1 minute. Scrape down sides of bowl. Continue mixing at medium _x001A_ high speed an additional 3 minutes. Pour into 2 _x001A_ 8-9 inch graham cracker crusts. Chill at least 1 hour.
