 Loaded Deviled Eggs


  • 12 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits (cooked and chopped or purchased)
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of spicy mustard


  1. Hard boil eggs and peel
  2. Cut hard boiled eggs in half
  3. Pop yolks out into a bowl
  4. Add all other ingredients to the yolks and mix with a fork
  5. Add more sour cream, if needed, to end with a creamy smooth mixture
  6. Scoop mixture into a gallon zip lock bag
  7. Cut tip off zip lock bag and use it to pipe into the white halves
