Ingredients
- 12 eggs, hard-boiled
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup bacon bits (cooked and chopped or purchased)
- 1/4 cup fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon of spicy mustard
Directions
- Hard boil eggs and peel
- Cut hard boiled eggs in half
- Pop yolks out into a bowl
- Add all other ingredients to the yolks and mix with a fork
- Add more sour cream, if needed, to end with a creamy smooth mixture
- Scoop mixture into a gallon zip lock bag
- Cut tip off zip lock bag and use it to pipe into the white halves
