Chef Beck's Grilled Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 5 pounds of chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 stick of butter (unsalted)
- ¾ cup hot sauce (franks)
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic – chopped
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium heat
- Combine salt, pepper, and garlic powder
- Toss wings with spice mix and place on grill
- Grill and flip wings every 5-7 minutes or so for a total of 20-25 minutes
- While wings are cooking combine butter, hot sauce, bbq sauce, honey, and garlic in a sauce pan, heat until warm
- Toss wings in sauce, and turn the grill to high heat
- Place the wings back on the grill to char the outside and get the skin crispy
- Once wings are crispy add back to the sauce mix and add Parmesan cheese
