Chef Beck's Citrus Cucumber Dipping Sauce

Chef Beck Fresh Farm Produce Box Recipes



  • 1 ½ Cups plain yogurt
  • 1 Each grated cucumber
  • 1 Teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
  • Juice and zest of half lemon
  • Juice and zest of half lime
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh dill minced
  • Season with Salt and Pepper


  1. Line a mesh strainer with cheesecloth.  Put yogurt in, cover with plastic wrap,  and refrigerate for 3 hours until thick. Discard liquid.
  2. Combine with rest of ingredients.
