Ingredients
- 1 ½ Cups plain yogurt
- 1 Each grated cucumber
- 1 Teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
- Juice and zest of half lemon
- Juice and zest of half lime
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh dill minced
- Season with Salt and Pepper
Directions
- Line a mesh strainer with cheesecloth. Put yogurt in, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 3 hours until thick. Discard liquid.
- Combine with rest of ingredients.
